Update on the new Met Engage messaging system |
||
Many of you will now be receiving messages directly from Hillingdon police on Met Engage, as well as from us here at Hillingdon Neighbourhood Watch - both partners are now using the same database with the option to receive messages from either or both organisations. ![]() If you are already signed up to Met Engage messages then you will be receiving police messages with the familiar blue Metropolitan Police logo in the header. If you are NOT receiving police messages then it's really simple to enable these by logging in to your National Neighbourhood Watch Network account (click here) and check your Messaging Preferences - and then tick "The Police" as a messaging source. We encourage you to so this to enable communication with your local policing team. Help us to increase our membership!Hillingdon currently has the largest NHW membership of any London Borough at around 6% of all households, but we need your help in asking more residents to sign up please, so that appeals and advice reach as many people as possible first hand, straight to their inbox. We have an aspiration to reach 10% of all households in Hillingdon as our next milestone. Therefore please use your Facebook and WhatsApp groups to circulate the following link today, so that more residents can join us as members: https://www.hillingdonnhw.co.uk/contact/join-us Take the Met Engage crime survey!![]() The online Borough crime survey is a really important piece of the Met Engage programme - your responses build a map of local concerns right across the Borough, which officers regularly review to see what matters most to you as a resident - it only takes a few minutes to complete - see instructions below! Please click on the following link: https://survey.metengage.co.uk The more members who complete the survey, the better overall picture the Borough policing teams will have of the things that concern our members by area. Thank you for your continued support of the police and Hillingdon Neighbourhood Watch. You can visit us here: | ||
